I sent my subs back for replacement about last wed. how long does it take for them to send me replacements back, and will they send them back in 2 or 3 day shipping or just normal ground.

Our service department is very fast. Once the speakers have been received in San Diego, the exchange process takes 48 to 72 hours. The biggest down is the shipping of the unit back to you.
If you send in items under warranty by using a second or third day air service, make sure to state this in your note and we will return it back to you in the same fashion.
