Toby we are on the same wave length here. I have been looking at that for months now but have no idea as to why I would need it.

When I went to John Kotches' house to demo the CS Ultra, he had a couple of subs that were on SubDude's or similar products. I think PSB sub was on a SubDude, but the PB12+/2 (or was it an Ultra?) was on something higher end. Not sure what makes one of those things higher end, but it was. :)

Maybe on a 2nd floor I can stretch to see a purpose, i.e., isolating the sub from vibrations coming back to it trough the floor, but on a slab? nope...

My exact thoughts but the question still remains then the need for spikes on a slab? In both my HT and cave I'm on a slab.

On carpet is not on slab... spikes go through carpet to slab... see Spot run... run Spot run... spike sub Spot... spike spike spike...
