Adding a sub

I have a 4 channel 1000 watt amp connected to 2 300 watt speakers, how do i connect a new 1200 subwoofer?

Run the wires from the amp into the line-in on the sub and then from the line out on the sub to the speakers. See figures 12 thru 15 at the following link.
