I remember that Polk used to advertise in Stereo Review (now Sound and Vision) on the inside cover page, but I never see advertisements now in Sound and Vision for Polk. Granted advertising is an expense and maybe Polk is doing okay with word-of-mouth advertising but it is nice to see your speakers in an ad. If it was not for the fact that I already knew about Polk from my SDA days I would never have considered and purchased an all LSi setup for my HT.

I was browsing the book store a few weeks ago and picked up a home theater magazine, can't remember which one though, inside was an ad for the new XM radio tuner.

I have the latest issue of "Home Theater" magazine sitting on my desk here at work. (Home Theater has seen fit to send me the last 3 issue for free:) ) There is the add for the new XM tuner, and in some other magazine (don't remember which) I saw an add for the new In-Wall speakers. I believe Matthew Polk was even in that add.

Yes, Matt was selling his LCi In-Walls in the November issue of Home Theater Magazine.

Polk Audio is also a sponsor of the on-line magazine REVOLUTION Home Theater Magazine (http://www.revolutionhometheater.com/sponsors/main.shtml#Anchor-polk)

They advertise their car audio equipment in car audio mags pretty heavily. Usually 2 full pages.
