Anyone know when this is going to be released for Xbox?

It was supposed to be out in August, the November then February now nobody knows.

Ive worshipped this game since PS1 days and am wetting my pants in anticipation of 3!

Why? PCs can only do better graphics, have a better controls, free online multiplayer, updates, and quicker load times.

Consoles don't have to have the game installed.
The difference is clear.

Yeah, the graphics on the xbox will be about 50% of the detail that a PC can do. I'm sure it will still be fun though, plus you can run the sound through your home theater system.

This effin game has been pushed back AGAIN!!

Ive only been waiting for this game about 10 years! It was supposed to be out Feb 22 so when I go in there yesterday, money in hand, all they have are the "coming soon" boxes. :mad:

I dunno why but Ive just never liked playing games on my compy. Which is kind of wierd cause I got started playing games with a Commodore 64!

I think its cause I like the bigger screen of my TV, my comfy couch and my home stereo. My compy setup is a 19" monitor with some Logitech speakers and sub which are ok but not quite as good.

I like my compy cause it has the super high definition, much higher than any TV out right now :)

Oh yeah?? well, I've played Doom3 on the puter, and it ......no wait, it wasn't Doom, it was.......................oh yeah?, well, my kids play Halo2 on Xbox, and I don't. I would on the puter though, but they haven't made it yet, probably won't. lol

Halo 2 will most definitely be on the computer. Problem is it's an inferior game in it's format at the PC level.

I think they actual plan to optimise Halo 2 for computer ulike Halo, that is, when they're done finishing something they should have a long time ago (Halo 2.5? oy)
