question about the momo 12 inch

Im think about getting the polk momo DVC12inch sub (2124). Its rated at 400 watt RMS at 4ohm. I have a 300watt amp at 4ohm. Will that be enough to power the sub? Also is it ture that this sub cant go to 2ohm?

well if it says 4 ohms im guessing it has 2 2ohm voice coils, so you can wire it to 1 ohm or 4 ohm, and yea, 300 watts will push it
