any one seen this is it worth renting?

I thought it had some cool ideas that weren't really executed well. The action scenes are pretty cool, but don't last very long except for the last fight. I think it would be worth a rental, but I dont' think I'd want to buy it.

I think Kiss of the Dragon is better :)
