First, sub is wrapped in a garbage bag, chances are it will spend some time partially submerged in water on the rocky road between buyer and seller.

Bubble wrap just provides a small buffer between sub and styrofoam.

Place styrofoam around sub. Use a couple thin sheets of stryo for the grill side for a softer buffer.

Fill the air gaps with styro peanuts. Remember, this box will be kicked repeatedly.

DO NOT SEND IT UPS !! Especially UPS AIR , those peckerheads drop it out of the plane when their flying over the desired lacation so they don't have to land.

nice packing job. I had to do the same with a smaller PSW350 a few years ago. don't worry. it should arrive just fine. mine did.

props for doing it up right.

This story has a happy ending:

"Thanks, the sub was delivered yesterday in excellent condition. All I can say is wow, there is a world of difference compared to my old 8" sub. I am very happy."
