Hi,

I am currently running RT600i on my fronts and cs245i center. I am in the process of setting up my surrounds. I found some R30 towers at a really good price. cheaper then the current FXi bi/dipoler wall surrounds.

Are the wall surrounds better? WOuld I loose out on good surround sound if I went for the R30s instead of surrounds?

The deal on the r30s is too good to pass up. But i dont want to make a mistake and regret it. Anyone here have towers for surrounds, how do they sound compared to wall surrounds?

thxs.

I'll sell you my two right channel FXi30's for $90 shipped.

BTW, have you set up your PM box?

what difference does it make between L/R and two R's... isn't each speaker identical to another??

Not on fx series speakers, it has a woofer and tweeter on opposite sides.. and its a triangle shaped speaker, so the woofers need both be outside or inside to work right.
