An 83 year woman  I find that funny as all people in this age group either have no computer skills or have some computer skills with a strong ethics background. They are suing a DEAD woman who can even defend them self’s. WTF is this even a law suit that is legal?

I strongly suspect the daughter who lived with her was the real "smittenedkitten"...
Probably off'd the Mom to avoid the suit...

There were more than several reports during the height of Napster that odd people were being blamed for trading MP3s. Lots of older people and things of that sort.
I always thought it was hillarious that my Napster account was blocked because I had Metallica MP3s. Funny enough, I had the CD versions of all of those Metallica MP3s, or they were live tracks.

Damnit they are dropping the case... how can they justify letting this lady get away that's stupid... talk about lack of law enforcement.
