i have rti8s as my fronts and csi5 as my center which of the fxis would give me the best sound i have a onkyo sr 501 which will be updated soon maybe

fxi5. I have had a few customers buy the 3's and then come back either to return them for the 5's or wish they had. Typically, they say it's not as easy to hear with the fronts being as large as they are.

If they calibrated their HT, it wouldn't even matter, but the sheep don't often get that involved.

The physical size, nor specifications of those two surrounds has anything to do with volume...that's just silly.
