So phuz, ya getting rid of the Ps audio's for signal? I had the Ps audio preludes for several weeks and decided they were way to big and hard to move around as well and ordered some Signal cable speaker wire today..

That would be correct. They're (PS Audio Bi-wires) for sale, or I'll return them for a refund if nobody on the forum wants them.

Great cables. Farkin huge and impossible to manage in a regular system though. If I had one of those fancy schmancy (or fancy simple) systems with little amp stands and a deticated room for two channel listening set up as it should be then sure I'd keep em.... but thats a long way off for me. ;)

weird, maybe your e-mail isnt getting to them... i got several e-mails and am waiting on UPS as we speak for my signal speaker wires now.(due today).. Good luck and maybe try calling also.. Don't give up...

Phuz, Frank at SC is reachable 90% of the time live (phone), in my experience, as of 4 weeks ago. I ordered sub XLR cables. So, I would seconded Jesse's, give him a call.

I just spoke w/ Frank by voice and he said he's had a few customers "complain" about this issue. The email is fine, and it's a server and spamkiller problem. Email isn't perfect, and as suggested previously, if you don't get a response, call the manufacturer directly.

Do you have web email account (gmail, yahoo, etc.)? I've been corresponding with him exclusively using my excite account. It's never an issue to date. So, I thought I shared.
