Rear Speaker Height

OK, here is a question for you all. I want to finalize where to mount my FXi5's before I rip holes in my walls. At what height do I put these from the floor? I have heard the bottom of the speaker should be at the top of your head where your sitting. I have heard they should be at 2-3 feet above the top of your head when sitting. Please give me your opinions. Regards

2-3 ' above the listeners ear when seated.

I should also add that the speakers should be slightly behind the listener. Get some step ladders to use as temporary stands before picking the final location.
