S8 blown woofer

I found a pair of S8 speakers at a thrift store today. $ 20.00 one has a blown woofer. I can take them back or replace the bad woofer. I thought the good speaker sounded pretty good although I can't say much for the appearance of this model. Is it worth the money to fix it or should I just return it? Thanks.
