Dont know liters my man but the MM2104 requires .66 cubic feet gross internal volume.
As far as what to use to power it, youll want something puting out 300x2. I recommend a class D amp and it depends on how much you want to spend.
In the money-no-object category,
this Xtant 6.1 (http://www.cardomain.com/item/XTAXTANT61) is the best out there.
For a more budget choice this Phoenix Gold Xenon (http://www.cardomain.com/item/PHOX6001) would work. So would this Sony (http://www.cardomain.com/item/SONXMSD61X).
This Alpine (http://www.crutchfield.com/S-8FHnjWDSGee/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?g=130&I=500MRDM501) would be my 2nd choice behind the Xtant and it goes for a good price.

i have the mtx thunder 421D amp to power the amps...
1.38 cu. pr. chamber. i think is recommended.. i dont know.. very confused.. but.. is it better to make the box to big or to small??
The enclosure recommendation will depend on the type of bass that you prefer. For a tight well controlled bass response I would suggest installing each sub into a sealed enclosure volume of 18.69 Liters or .66 cubic feet. You can go as large as 21.2 Liters or .75 cubic feet sealed for each sub. If you goal is a extended and warmer and more efficient bass response then install each sub into a ported box volume of 35.4 Liters of 1.25 cubic feet. Tune the enclosure using a 76.2 mm or 3 inch diameter port that is 254 mm or 10 inches in length. Line all of the interior walls of the enclosure with polyfill.

put some type of wire, something like chicken wire thats not too constructive on the inside of the port if you put poly fill in the box
