Trying to sum up 10 years of education, work experience and accomplishments in an employee profile so that upper management can review thier skill base in the available staff and make cuts where they think they have too many poeple. Gotta make yourself seem to be just this side of indispensible. All the work and time you put in to a job and all you are is a number. Ahhh, the sweet (sic) smell of corporate America!

Youll have no problem BS'ing them.

Ya also got to look at it like, yeah theyre using me and couldnt give 2 shits about me, but then Im using them too. Im just using them to get a paycheck and build a career. I dont give a shit about them either and would dump them in a second if something better came along.

I totally hear ya! I also am totally overused at work with no recognition what-so-ever. I get walked on, over and through on a daily basis. Does anyone know or care? Dear god no...
