Check out the stats on this BOSS amp !!!!!!!

Multi-Channel Amp Specifications

Amplifier Type: Multi-Channel
RMS Power @ 4 Ohms: 80W x 4 + 150W x 1
THD at 4-Ohm RMS Power: 0.01 %
Bridged RMS Power @ 4 Ohms: 200W x 2 + 200W x 1
Speaker Level Inputs: Yes
Preamp Outputs: No
Built-In Crossovers: HP/LP
Bass Boost: 0 - 18 dB
Frequency Response: 20-20,000 Hz
Signal to Noise Ratio: >105 dB
Fuse Rating: n/a

* Now, if I had this amp could I bridge the wires so that the sub would have more than just 150 watts, and that way the speakers would get less than 80W X 4 ???????? Like I said my 2 front speakers can only take 45 RMS Watts and the 2 rear can take 60 RMS. Also, do I need to put into consideration that my car deck player is already putting in 50W X 4 to the speakers or does that not matter???????

a) your deck makes about 12 watts, not 50
b) since you're going to be amping, that's irrelevant
c) you cannot do what you want to this amp. a five channel amp is built to take a sub on one channel and 4 other speakers; there's no way to get what you desire out of this amp.

i am growing to like 5-channels, but in your case you may want a small 4-channel for the fronts and rears, and a larger amp for the subs.

Im not really a fan of Boss amps. You can do much better for the money.

I however am a big fan of 5 channel amps. Theyre much simpler to install and work with and you can get some that make some serious power. This Kicker (http://www.cardomain.com/item/KIC04KX7005) is one of my favorites.

has anyone seen these amps, i work in an electronics store and hooked one of these up to my infinity splits and infinity 12'' sub and it rocked harder and as clearly as my infinity 4ch 450w amp.
these dynaqust amps are really good value for money too, 5 ch 85w x4 + 150w for half the price of my infinity!!

infinity numbers their amps extremely optimistically... namely in that the 4ch 450W amp you speak of offers perhaps 55Wx4@4ohms, and depending upon your wiring, who knows how much it's actually making compared to the dynaquest (which, no, i've never heard of).

and there's a reason it's half the price.

I'll have to remember that one. It made me chuckle as well. My coworkers think I'm nuts sometimes. Well actually...most of the time :)
