OK.....I have a problem I cant seem to figure out. I have a NAD T763 reciever that I'm currently using as a pre-amp for 2-channel music. It's connected to a Rotel RB 1080 amp. two days ago, I bought a pair of headphones and plugged them into the NADs headphone jacks and.........nothing! No sound from the headphones, and plenty of sound from the speakers (LSi25's). What am I missing here? Does anyone who owns a NAD reciever have any ideas?

[Yoda Voice] Read the manual this one must[/Yoda Voice]
PHONES: Accepts stereo headphone using a standard 1/4-inch stereo phone plug (use a suitable adapter for headphones equipped with a smaller
plug); set the Listening Mode to “Stereo.”
NOTE: For headphone listening the front left/right speakers must be set to “Large” on the OSD’s Speaker Settings page, otherwise headphone bass
response will be restricted.
NOTE: Plugging in headphones will automatically switch the T 763 to “Stereo” mode.

OK..............I tried the 800 number listed in this thread and I cant get a real person to save my life. If anyone knows NAD equipment and can help me with this problem, please let me know. I find it highly irritating that I cant use headphones and there does not appear to be any reason why I cant get it to work. I have my speakers set to "large" and it is in stereo mode. According to the manual, it should work. I'm wondering if the fact that I'm using the T763 as a pre-amp makes any difference. I dont see why it would. Please help!!

Try turning off your amplifier, since your speakers are not connected to your NAD. And you will also have to go in & tell the receiver it doesn't have a center channel as well.

You've got Lsi25's and are listening to headphones?
(just kiddin)
Have you tried a different set of phones, use the process of elimination....
