Well, i'd go with a .71 ft^3 (20.3 L) sealed box... this is based off parameters i found here (http://www.audio-nova.com/docs/spkrdata.htm), cause polk didn't have em, and i modelled with unibox. the only parameter i didn't have was xmax, so i approximated it with 6mm, a very reasonable estimate. with that figure, RMS power comes to around 150W. with these figures, it will give you a very respectable 115 dB.
note that this is all theoretical, but should be pretty close to reality... but i'm a physics guy, i don't do reality... :D
you may wish to call polk, they could have the data you want.
Here are the parameters for the EX12.
Frequency Response - 20 - 500 Hz
Fs - 24.47 Hz
Re - 3.38 Ohms
Le - 1.4 mH
Qms - 8.14
Qes - 0.31
Qts - 0.30
Vas - 4.72 cu. ft.
Power Handling Continuous - 150 Watts
Peak Power Handling - 400 Watts
Sensitivity - 92 dB
Voice Coil Diameter - 2 inches
X-max (Linear) - 4.5 mm / 0.177 inches
Mounting Depth (Top Mount) - 5 3/8 inches
Mounting Depth (Bottom Mount) - 5 3/4 inches
Cut Out Diameter - 10 7/8 inches
The recommended sealed enclosure volume is .95 cubic feet.
Hope this helps.
