dean all i can remember about the old klipsch is the horn loaded tweeter it always sounded like it was in a tunnel you said they change the tweeter i guess so . it did sound real good at ultimate electronics in there big theater the set up was right on . but i got to listen to the lsi polks i thank they are going to give them a run for the money. i wanted to get the lsi9. i like klipsch new 15" sub it haves two 15" drivers and haves 2500w i had to adjust it, they had it way out of ajustment but i got it real close and it has a real tight clean botten end, it is nice sub, the cost was $ 1699. i would like to get that sub . that what polk needs to do.

I have both polk and klipsch in my home theater...they both sound great.
but why is there such a war between these two companies?
its like us vs afganistan

i want peace between these both companies.

im glad its a war, the consumer benifits a lot from it , you get a better product, and get it for less money.

Does that thing on top ever say "WARNING WILL ROBINSON"?

How about an equipment list? I recognise the Klipsch RF-7's from your other picture. I also see that lovely Bryston 3B ST amp and Sennheiser HD-600 headphones.

Call me naïve, or just out of the audiophile loop for too long, but this forum is the first I've heard of it.
Is it real—having a life outside this forum, or is it some contrived controversy that exists only here—something to stir the proverbial pot?
