rm6900 speakers HELP

The guy came and hooked it all up. I took notes and asked all the right questions. It worked until I tried to watch tv and now none of them work. 3 speakers at the front work when the dvd and stereo are on. Can someone give me advice, I am so frustrated !! Most likely, you haven't connected your TV audio outputs to your receiver (or whatever you may be using) Try hooking the TV up with a simple RCA cable, it should do the trick.
