are these posted somewhere on the polk website?...found some on remote central for the pronto, but did not have preset discretes

Are you asking for dicretes similar to "Preset Bank A Choice 3"? There is no such thing unfortunately. Requests have been made for this feature and would be included in any future products.

that would be nice, but I could live with presets for Bank A and Bank B, and make macros for the <choice>

Are you asking for a direct way to get to Bank A or Bank B (example: you're in "direct" mode and you want to go straight to Bank B)? The only way to get to the preset banks is to toggle through "direct"-->"preset A"-->"preset B"

In case you don't have that code, it is:
RC5 27 98, or
5000 0000 0000 0001 001B 0062

thanks for the help, that was not what I wanted to hear, though.

I was looking for a discrete for the Banka/Bank B/direct - not a toggle code....jeez, I guess the only code which is truly a discrete is the ON/OFF.

Very dissapointing....I don't get it...there is rs232....but no discrete for the ONE toggle code on the unit
