Having your vehicle in a car show, bringing your digital camera to record the event, recieving accolades for your vehicle and forgetting to bring the DC/AC converter to charge the camera batteries and not having any pictures of the event because of dead camera batteries. Seven freaking battery packs and every goddamn one of them was dead.

Thats the downside to digital cameras. I use my Nikon 35mm camera more than my digital solely because of the battery issue.

Ive had the same batteries in my Nikon for 3 years now and they still work fine! My Sony digital camera batteries dont last much at all. Even with the camera turned off they wont hold a charge much longer than a week or two.

The day they come out with a practical device that develops 35mm film at home is the day I trash my digital camera.
