Do you guys see any issues with buying B stock item from Stores if they are discounted? I am looking at buying a Onkyo 602 to replace my Onkyo 787 that broke and I can save 100 bucks by buying a factory sealed B stock reciever vs New non refurbished. Any opinions?

When i was searching for a receiver, (ended up with a new 502S for 200) a lot of people recommended refurb because a lot of companies have the same warranty. So check the warranty if it's the same then yo shouldn't have a problem with it. Then again there are warranty issues. I might buy a refurb 8211 soon from onkyo so hopefully it works out =)
Good luck,

i bought a onkyo sr-701 for 300 since it was a floor model, and then used the warranty to fix the subwoofer pre-out, which cost me 30 to ship and i had to wait for a month to use my receiver. so my suggestion would be to make sure you can test all the connections when you the b-stock, so that you can use the warranty. i hadnt planned on buying a subwoofer at that time, but did on a whim, and i am glad that i did else i would have never known there was a problem.

Now if I could only find a B stock TX-NR1000.........
I have some B stock and refurbed stuff at home (not Onkyo though) and never had a problem with it.

Bought a onk 602 off of ubid.com refurb job for a family member. Cant find a mark on it works fine, its potluck but so are "new" receivers and pre's. The 602 does not have preouts like your 787 if that matters.

If it's an authorized dealer and still has the warranty, why not?

If it carries the full warrantee, no worry here.
Most of the time, this Monday's "A" stock is next Monday's "B" stock. Buyers remorse creates alot of "B" stock when liberal return policies are used.
I find refurbed, or "B" stock a better deal than floor demos. Less grubby hands and abuse seems to be the factor in my experience.
