Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had a good pair (or even 1) of RT 25's or similar bookshelf speakers that need a good home. We purchased a new home and my old BA A-100's are too large for the den (upstairs system). Please let me know.

Thanks- Greg

I've got a decent set of RTi28's that would be good. I put them up for sale on the forum a little over a month ago, but decided to keep them since there were no bites. I've also got a CSi40 that would be a good match for the center channel. I'd be willing to let them all go for $220 + shipping(which wouldn't be bad from Memphis).

If you just wanted the RTi28's, then I can get them to you for $115+shipping.

Pics can be emailed upon request.

PM if you think you might be interested.

Thanks Zach. I have a CS245 in use. I was hoping for some older 25's or maybe 25i's to match, but I'll keep yours in mind. Thanks again, I appreciate your response!

Greg

If anyone wants to get in on a great deal, please feel free.

Sounds like a hell of a deal to me.

Just sell the CS245 and get the RTi28's an CSi40 :D. The CS245's have been fetching decent money on ebay, so you would be able to spend about the same amount and get a "better(debatable)" center channel. I like the RT25's alot, so it may be best just to find some of those.

I'm not going to hi-jack your thread to sell them to someone else.

Maybe I'll do that in another thread if I really need to unload them fast.

Zach

I have a pair of RT25's in excellent cosmetic and functional condition. No visible scratches or flaws. The only issue is that two of the little rubber grommets that grip the grill post on the one speaker are missing. The grill stays on fine though. I'm sure these are easily replaced from Polk or partsexpress for a few bucks, but I have not gotten around to it since I am not using them currently.

$120 + shipping

Thanks for your offer! However, it's a little more than I can afford right now with the new house (sorry to ask and then not pull the trigger). I'm now kind of leaning towards trying to find a single RT25 and going to 5.1 downstairs?

Thanks again- Greg

No problem. I understand. I have a new house too. Its an expensive time. Today, I was educated on the price of sod and basic landscaping. Ouch :(

No doubt. We are having to put a new fence in for the dog!

Thanks again!
