Very good (and good looking, IMO) tt with the Rabco linear arm, BUT the Rabco arm was sort of low-tech even for its day and will need repair (replacement of rubber drive bits, if nothing else), if not already done, to perform properly.

That being said, I'd be sorely tempted by a $50 one in good physical condition.

EDIT: vs. the AR-XA? Well, IMO a good and good performing tangential will sound better (e.g., with respect ot the end-of-side distortion/mistracking) than a swinging arm, BUT many will disagree AND there are certainly some stratospheric swinging arms that'll easily best the Rabco. The AR-XA's strength was mostly in its suspension and underpinnings, though, not its arm.
I suspect the Rabco in good tune would better it.

Well I picked up the ST8 .It took about an hour to set it the right way.It came with an ortafon mc20 mvoing coil cartridge. The cartridge probably has alot to do with the fact that this table sounds much better than my old AR.Thanks for the help.
