The best non-best movie of the year!!

Dakota Fanning delivers a stellar performance through out this entire movie. Completely redeeming herself from her lousy POS performance in WotW. However, there are still moments where you want to kill her yourself. Jeez...

The movie itself starts off somewhat fast, I guess - and begins to make things interesting. However, once the events start happening...it just isnt good anymore. They rely a bit to much on sudden noises and doors that spring open - cmon now!!

The biggest flat with this movie is that the ending makes almost zero sense. As they never really give hardcore clues to why and how. Unless you are just really good at figuring things out - the clues they supply will add up to nothing and you will be saying... W-T-F mate!

I dunno...it might be worth a rent...but expect to see some pretty good acting...but nothing amazing. The story line is weak....and the ending makes no sense.

It has some good bass though.

I agree Dakota was good Deniro should be banned from acting if he is going to act like that in the restof his movies. It was decent till about 30 mins before the end.

Not worth renting unless you have a free one, or you watch a back-up of the movie.;)

Agreed - I can't figure out what possessed DeNiro to make such lousy movies recently.

I liked it. I thought it was going to be another movie plagued by a stupid kid again but it turned out OK.

This wasnt my favorite of all time but its definitely worth a rental.

Id give it 6.5 out of 10.

It's the same story as Secret Window, with darker images and a scarier approach. I rented boogeyman and this one at the same time, and while I was impressed with my system, both movies sucked big time.

Saw it last night. Crap. The movie has been made like a thousand times before. I only predicted it because I feel like I've seen it so many times before.
