XBOX 360/ps3 release date?

Last I checked the XBOX 360 was set for a November 05 release while PS3 is set for a spring 06 release. There is talk about the ps3 being pushed back to christmas 06. I also recently read that they are going to try and impliment a hd-dvd drive in the xbox 360, so the ones that originally come out will only have a dvd drive, and in 06 they will have hd-dvd drives.

PS3 may delay the launch to 2007 - they may just pretty up the PS2...

Last I read, the PS3 won't come out until the end of the year, and a top official from Sony said that it would cost at least $500, and as high as $800.

and the price point is being denied, they said it how it would be relative to a Blu-ray player? It was a pretty cryptic press release.
