how do i turn off read receipts?

i could not find out where to be able to turn off the read receipts or requesting one when sending pvt messages to other members.

That is a little annoying. Having that stupid box pop up EVERYTIME you reply, read or write a PM. I wish it just had automatic tracking like the old version did.
