Try posting in the car audio forum....You should find some help there pretty quick.

You should check out the Car Audio (http://www.polkaudio.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=4) section of this forum for help as this is for home audio but Ill go ahead and give ya some tips.

1st take some 1/2" plywood and cut out a baffle to mount the speaker on. This will be a much sturdier mounting surface than the thin metal door panels.

The stuff youre talking about is made by a bunch of different manufacturers but the most popular is Dynamat. Here. (http://www.cardomain.com/shoplist~b~Dynamic+Control~t~Damping+Accessories) Coat the door panel as good as you can and even inside the door. This will make the door panel much more solid and virtually eliminate vibrations. It also wouldnt be a bad idea to cover your baffles with Dynamat. Here (http://www.polkaudio.com/forums/showthread.php?t=24444&highlight=install) is a thread I made when I installed a set of speakers in my truck last year. Youll see what I mean by baffles and damping them.
