I have some speakers. what model are they?

I got these speakers from a relative and I just want to know what I have in my hands. They are old and the dont appear in the catalog. It will really help. Thanks.

I believe those are SDA 2's built in the mid 80's. Making them about 20 yrs old. Hook them up and listen to them. Did you get a cable that goes between the Left and Right speakers?

Yes, sorry, they are the polk SL1000s.

I had the sl1000's originally in my 5jrs, then went to peerless replacements as they were still being made at the time. That's where the confusion came into play in my mind. Better than most times when I have no idea where the confusion came from :p

I have a pair just like them, they are great speakers.

BTW, you have them backwards. The two mid drivers go on the insides.

the Peerless didn't have the silver face on them. I don't know if any SDA's had peerless tweets in them or not. i have never seen them if they ever did. I'd think it would have been tried at least once somewhere in the SDA lineage. but not sure.
