Help me ID a 6DJ8

I received a 6DJ8 from Noel (thanks!) which doesn't have a brand and just labeled "6DJ8 Yugoslavia". It has the "A frame" which I believe is a copy of Ampex. Could this be a vintage Ei? From what I know, Ei is the only company in Yugoslavia that produce tubes.

All I know is that they are the tubes that shipped with the ELP, from what I've been told. I think that's right.. :confused: Didn't you get three tubes total???
The Amperex 7308 and the pair of "Yugos"...

Wow! Good thing I didn't throw out the box yet. Just took out the third tube. You did an incredible packing job. Thanks man.

Couldn't live with the mismatched pair huh, LOL shoulda searched for a match to either one of them.. I bet ya couldn't tell them apart though. Oh well maurice has a pre that takes just one so that's cool for him. those were nice 7308's :)

No I have the 7308s, I traded him his orange for my green, so i'd have a match. I also let him have the Yugos for him being so generous. But I kept a pair of the 7308s

Yeah, Noel wanted the orange one to match with the one he has in his ELP. He traded me a green Ampex 7308 for it. Can't wait to hear it again when my pre is repaired. That tube is the bomb. I've heard great things about the Yugos as well. Gonna have some fun rolling.

for the future, not real soon... Jolida integrated, ASL tube amps maybe.. sunfire SS amp.. like i said once i get some money saved again, end of year, first of next year type thing.
