I am thinking about picking up one of these to drive my sda1c's and was wondering if anyone had heard one.

I don't think any of us have experience with that particular piece. I know Zero had a Jolida hybrid at one time. You might want to PM him. Try doing a search on www.audioasylum.com or www.ecoustics.com

All I know is, that for some reason, they end up on EBay and Audiogon for drastically reduced prices. Read into that what you will. I was looking into a hybrid and I just kept running into these for real cheap, and it kinda spooked me.

Interesting. Wasn't expecting that from Jolida. Maybe they're not as good with ss amps.

There has to be some reason for them showing up for a few hundred dollars fairly regularly, wouldn't you think???

Yup. I still plan to get their tubed CD player though. Haven't heard anything negative about them. The Shanling CD player looks killer but I need to find out how much it costs first.
Did you start rolling X7's yet?
Maurice
I'm looking at getting one of their 100s also. The Ah! looks very interesting, also.
No haven't got any to roll yet

I pulled the trigger on a 1501rc with optional subwoofer out and got a killer deal from Rick at Audio Force in Iowa. I will post review after I get it and burn it in good. If I don't like it then I'll just have to get a new toy.....
