Anybody try KT66 tubes?

My amp can also take KT66 and I was just wondering if anybody have experience with this tube type?

How do they sound compared to EL34's?

I'm really enjoying my JJ E34L right now. After a few weeks, I might try the Sovtek KT66 http://www.thetubestore.com/sovtekkt66.html If I get them, I'll let you know how they sound.

I don't think EL34 can replace 6L6. There are plenty of 6L6 to roll. Which ones are you using right now?

I had no idea my amp could take KT66 until I read it on the original owner's manual.
