My realtors hubby works for Tweeters, he's going to help tweak and dial in my HT sytem as part of my purchase deal.. He he..

I told him that I was reasearching and reading a lot of reviews, and that I was looking into running a Csi30 (if I can find one), with Rti38's as mains, and hang some Rti28's for rears.

He suggestion that I go to TC80i's or 60i's (in-ceilings) as rears. What have peoples experiences been with in wall or in ceiling speaks. If I get some good feed back I'll consider it. He also likes the Csi5, maybe even Csi3 for this application.. Any comments? my room is about 18x22'.

I have the PSW350 already w/2802AVR.

(anyone want to part with a Csi30 or Rti38's?)

I have the Lc80i in ceiling rear speakers in my 7.1 system and they work very well.

How high are your ceilings? I am thinking of putting in some in-ceilings fro surround, but my ceilings are 11' high. What do you think? Ok? Also, would your recommend 6" or 8"? Would it make that big of a difference in sound? Thanks.

My ceilings are about 8 1/2 feet high. I would think that 11 feet would be ok. I don't know if I would have gone for ceilings for my sides but for 7.1 in the back they are fine. I really like my LSIFx for surrounds but as it was I had to lower them a little because I found their height to be distracting. The in ceilings are aimable so that may be different.
