I blew the midrange in my LSI9. I have the replacement midrange and I cant get the old blown midrange out of the speaker. I unscrewed it and it just wont come out.

Any suggestions anyone...?

Thanks

You'd better call Polk about that one. I understand it's a real pain to remove.

The driver can be removed by GENTLY prying the driver out. Use a plastic knife, worked on my speaker when I had to pull the driver. You can also try twisting the driver a little bit to get it to break free.
