The Polk PSW404 comes with a 10" woofer and 200 watts of continuous power and the Velodyne DLS4000 with a 12" woofer and 200 watts of continuos power.
The Velodyne sub is much bigger (Velodyne 18"x15"x19,5") than the Polk
14 5/16"x 13 5/8" x 16 1/2").
Is this possible? Can I get the same output from both subs, knowing that Velodyne has a bigger structure and bigger woofer??????
HELP!!!!

Welcome to the forums.
Chances are the Velodyne will play louder, lower, and better. Although not the best by any stretch of the imagination (unless you're looking at the 1812) I would put my money into a Velodyne over a Polk sub anyday.
btw- isn't this an unfair comparison?

I know, but my problems is that in Costa Rica we do not have a lot of choices. Thks

Get the velodyne. I've tired both and the psw404 is no match for the Velo in power and volume. :)
The difference is very very noticable.
