Hey guys have a ? about how you think i should set up my rti10 and sub.
I have the yam. rx-v2600, POLK front rti10, sub psw 505, center csi5, rear center csi3, rear surrounds are fxi5's. I just got my reciever yesterday and have everything except my rti10's that are comming today. My ?'s are should i bi amp which this reciever says i can with it? Polk say my rti10's are 8ohm but everything i have read from ppl say that they are really 4ohm. My receiver only has 6 and 8 ohm options. Now according to Polk i should NOT use the sub out put jack and instead use speaker wires to the sub then change the receiver setting to front speakers large and sub OFF. Just wondering what everyones thoughts were on this and if anyone has a similiar setup that could tell me what works for them. thanks guys.
