Speaker Hook Up

I have satelite dish and i cannot hear both speakers.......only one works when listening to xm radio on directv... however both speakers work when listening to cd player and only one work when playing a dvd. i have yahama r-v1105 reciever and RTi10 speakers.........i have tried every kind of hook up i can think of. :mad:

Welcome, from the dish are you using a digital connection of analog?

Since the CDP is the one source we are sure is working, have you moved its interconnects to the other inputs on your AVR?
