Subs Blown???

I have a GNX 104 sub and it just stopped working. My other one still works and the amp is fine i took the speaker out and it is really hard for the speaker coil to move its stuck what do i do

Hi:

You will probably will need to replace the speaker if it is blown. If the cone will not move in and out it probably is.
