Polk and Audioholics message boards?

Has anyone noticed that the polk and audioholics message boards are almost identical in layout, graphics, etc? Is the same host running these or whats up?

These bulletin board systems are pretty standardized - most everyone uses the same templates. I really don't see much of a resemblance between the two, to be honest with you.

That being said, they are unaffiliated.

Aren't they all VBulletin message boards? AVS, Audioholics, Club Polk, Coming Soon, they all use them. At one point Home Theater Forum switched to VBulletin, but for like 2 days. They had some problems, so I guess they switched back.
