The back of the 2000's has a bi-wire crossover. I got some monster z-series bi-wires and hooked em up.
I'm sending another pm.

I thought because the 2000i`s had a powered sub, that they could not be hooked up like that...

The low input goes to the amp for the woofers and the high input goes to the top.
The top only has the one driver and one tweeter while the bottom has two woofers powered by the amp.
It sounds pretty good but I am always trying to reach nervana.
That is why I want to try these.

Another vouch for Greg, I bought the RT800's from him. They were better than he described. Great guy to deal with and great guy all around.
