Do these replace the RTi38's

these are larger than the RTi38's. they don't look that large in the picture... but they are pretty good sized for a bookshelf speaker.. i think about 21" tall.

Actually these were out before the RTi38. The RTi38 replaced the RT35i. There was no replacement for the 55i
