Watch out for these! Mon 5

I saw this auction for a pair of Monitor 5, but the photos just didn't look right to me. After looking closer, I figured out that they do not have the original Polk 6.5" drivers. They are replaced by some crap with foam surrounds. Probably something straight form Partsexpress.
The BIN Price looks tempting, but if you have to replace the drivers, its not a deal.

The only "foam" I see is on the MW's frames, which some models had. The surrounds look like butyl to me...

The reason not to buy them is the gash is the one's top and the shipping. If they were a local P/U, I'd bag 'em... The parts are worth more than the BIN.

Those MW are definitely not polk and definitely not original.
