You countersink the hole... pre-drilled all the way through, perfect size for a screw head, perfect size for the shank... It should be done with already

You start turning the screw down into the hole, about half way down - the board SPLITS...

Haha, Im just slightly dissapointed it split - I am just going to have to puddy it up, I patched it - it will have to do. I cant throw away a 10 dollar panel... lol - aint no way...

Need to buy me a big stick of wax.

Rub a little bar soap on the screw....
