Thought this might be worth mentioning here, especially given a couple of recent threads posted by lonely Bay Staters ISO like minded audiophiles :-)

The 37th Annual Antique Radio Fleamarket is being held this Sunday, 19 Feb. at the Regency Hotel in Westford, MA (right off I-495). This is said to be the largest such event in the Northeast, and is always fun to browse around for those interested in antique radio, hi-fi, or even musical instrument and PA amps and speakers.

LOL, NOT. My mother-in-law (thanks to my wife) has promised us an old 1930's tube console radio (it works).

Will the new rules apply in this Fleamarket?

That would be a fun event, some of those old radios are true pieces of art.

This would be a lot of fun. The George Westinghouse museum near Pittsburgh has some cool vintage stuff. Not just radios but household appliances. Like Jesse said, art.

Maybe this thread should have been posted in the "Single Channel Audio" ;)

They've got hi-fi stuff there, too! I've picked up a Sherwood S-3000 tuner (my everyday tuner, a really fine sounding piece), a Fisher FM-80B tuner, and a nice pair of EV SP8B fullrange drivers there over the years. As well as a few radios. Last year I was on the brink of buying a beautiful Fisher 800 but didn't have quite enough cash on me. It went for something like $275 (not a bad deal at all).
