How do I remove the mid range from my RT1000i to check if it is blown?

That thing has the baffle right?

Take out the allen screws - the woofer is just setting in there... (pressure fitted with the baffle)...

Yup, they are 9/64". Lie the speaker on its back to take out the mid range driver.

Got it! The thing was press fit so tightly I wasn't sure if it was fastened from the inside. All indications are that the speaker is blown. Is there anyway to repair the thing? or would it be best replace it?.Thanks guys.

Your out of luck, they don't make the speakers for this speaker anymore. I needed a replacement for my rt2000i they said to use speaker from rti8 series, which means replacing both speakers (better imaging). I found someone selling one speaker on ebay with woofer I needed. A lot cheaper too.
