Well today I came into work..
put some new tags out and realized the MTX Tx5001 components we have were down to 65 bucks.

snagged em.
look forward to putting them in and getting the kickers fixed.
only problem is that I can't find any reviews online... from what i've heard on the wall from them they sound pretty decent... but it's been quite awhile since i've heard em.


Hopefully this lit the fire i've been missing for awhile!

From what I hear the mtx components are loud but sound quality fair at best.

Yeah I'm not really looking for SQ.
Ever since I have had the Kicker SS sepakers something has been wrong w/ the crossover... so i can finally pull them out and send them in for replacement while keeping music in my car.

there's alot of music i haven't been able to listen to due to this. I get awful static while listening to some rock.

well I didn't mind the SS's for about the first ten minutes then I realized I had some fuzzy static sounding pieces of shit.

hopefully Kicker will replace them.

Kicker is like MTX. They make great amps and subs and crappy speakers.
