Recently bought the RM6900's and I want to mount them to the walls. It appears that with the set they came with some wall mount brackets, but I'm just not sure because the instructions that came with the set are just horrible. I just wanted to know if what came with the set is sufficient, and if so, what sort of supplies will I need to mount them. Do I just need the appropriate screws that will go into the wall (depending on if I'm mounting directly to a stud or through drywall) and that's it? I don't want to have my speakers come crashing to the ground a few minutes after I set them up ;)

I'd put them into studs regardless, that way you'll never have to think about it again.

If you do not need to angle your speakers at all, the mounts that came with them will work. When I had the RM6600 speakers, I purchased cheap mounts for them (so I could angle the speakers) and they worked great.
(I only used them on the rear speakers)
Good luck,
Michael

More than likely I will have to angle them to get decent sound, so what are some recommendations for some decent wall mounts that aren't going to set me back too much?
