Cambridge Audio DVD85 vs pioneer dv 696 ??

i am looking for a dvd player i am told that the lazers on the samsungs dont last too long so that rules out the samsung hd950 . we have a pioneer dv 350 downstairs thats about 4 years old so i know that the pioneers last ?? i realy like the finish on the cambridge player though its full aluminium finish makes it feel more for the money . ive onley seen it through a 14inch tele though so i didnt get too good of a idea.

I agree. CA is IMO on a par with NAD and Rotel (or at least very close to it) at usually a better price to boot.
